This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for in-app purchases in Sirra Games titles, including Seep King and Thulla Masters. It forms part of our Terms of Service and does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
Our games are free to download and play. They offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currency — such as coins and diamonds — and in-game items. Virtual currency and items are used only within the games, have no real-world or cash value, and cannot be exchanged or cashed out.
All purchases are processed by the platform you bought them through — the Apple App Store or Google Play — using their billing systems. Sirra Games does not collect, store, or process your payment details, and we do not receive your card information. Because the stores handle payment, most refunds are managed by them.

Each store sets its own eligibility windows and rules. If a store approves a refund, we will reverse the corresponding in-game currency or items where we are able to.
Nothing in this policy removes refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law. For example:

Except where the law requires or we agree otherwise, the following are not refundable: virtual currency or items that have already been used, spent, or consumed in-game; purchases made by mistake after delivery has completed; and accounts or items lost due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
If a purchase was made without authorization — for example, by a child using a family member's device — request a refund from the relevant app store and contact us so we can help. We encourage enabling purchase authentication and parental controls (Ask to Buy on iOS, purchase approval on Google Play) to prevent unintended purchases.
