You can delete your Sirra Games account — for Seep King or Thulla Masters — at any time. The fastest way is inside the game; if you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete it by email. Account deletion is handled in the app or by our support team — there is no self-service deletion on this website. Deleting your account removes the personal data associated with it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Account deletion is handled per game account, and the same process applies to both Seep King and Thulla Masters. Every request is verified to confirm it comes from the account holder before we delete your account and associated data on the timeline described below. Some records may be retained only where the law requires.
The quickest way is from inside the game, where you are already signed in:
From inside the game, open Settings → Support — it starts a deletion email for you with your account details filled in. If you cannot use the app, email us from the email address linked to your account at support@sirragames.com, and tell us which game (Seep King or Thulla Masters) and your in-game username or player ID.
To protect your account, we confirm the request comes from you before deleting anything — by checking it was sent from your registered email, or by asking you to confirm through your Google or Apple sign-in. We will not action a request we cannot verify, and we will never ask you for your password by email.
Guest accounts are tied to your device and have no email or linked sign-in. To delete a guest account, please use the in-app Delete account option, where your device confirms your identity.
When your request is processed, we delete the personal data associated with your account — including your profile, username, gameplay progress, and rankings. Any remaining in-game currency or items are forfeited and have no cash value.
We do not delete transaction and purchase records. We are required to keep these for tax, accounting, and legal compliance, and to prevent fraud and abuse. They are retained only as long as the law requires and are not used to re-identify your deleted account.
For both Thulla Masters and Seep King, a deletion request starts a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account by contacting us at support@sirragames.com. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible. Immediate deletion is not available.
We aim to acknowledge web requests promptly and complete verified deletions within the timeframe required by applicable law.
